At Dryeye Rescue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
